SESSION 1 on Friday, May 14, 2021: Principles of Efficient Literature Searches This session will cover the best practices for conducting efficient and comprehensive literature searches. Topics covered will include: how to start a review, constructing effective search strings, evaluating the quality of published literature, organizing review materials, and tools for organizing and writing up your review. Before the second session, you will be asked to test the methods and tools discussed in this first session on a topic related to your work in the working groups.

SESSION 2 on Saturday, May 15, 2021: Using ‘Endnote’ This session will primarily be an opportunity for participants to ask questions based on their work at home after the first session. Our instructor, Austin Argentieri, will also give more detailed instruction on using Endnote to organize review materials and formatting Endnote references correctly.

Your instructor for the H3EC Literature Review Workshop: Austin Argentieri, MPhil, is a Research Associate at the Harvard/MGH Center on Genomics, Vulnerable Populations, and Health Disparities at Mass.
